• By purchasing a membership or course from RBTL Online Youth Academy, you agree to these Terms of Agreement, which govern your use of all academy content, services, and resources.
• RBTL Online Youth Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to members via email or a site notification.

2. Payment and Billing

• Subscription Plans: By selecting a monthly or annual subscription plan, you agree to an automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• One-Time Purchases and Lifetime Access: Certain courses or bundles may be available for one-time payments or lifetime access. These payments are non-recurring.
• Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. RBTL Online Youth Academy is not responsible for any fees incurred due to outdated or incorrect billing information.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: We are committed to offering high-quality educational experiences. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your courses until the end of the current billing period, at which point access will be terminated.
• No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Once billed, you will retain access to the academy for the remainder of that month.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content within RBTL Online Youth Academy, including course materials, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of RBTL Online Youth Academy or its licensors.
• Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any content provided in the academy. Content is intended solely for personal use, and unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• We value a positive, respectful community. By joining RBTL Online Youth Academy, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally with instructors and other students in any discussions, community forums, or live sessions.
• Prohibited Conduct: Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior is not tolerated. RBTL reserves the right to remove any participant found in violation of these terms without refund.

6. Account Access and Security

• Your login credentials are unique to you and are not to be shared. RBTL Online Youth Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.
• Data Security: RBTL Online Youth Academy is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with all applicable data protection regulations. However, please ensure that you use a secure internet connection and keep your login details confidential.
